Our Fees for Virtual Administrative Services

Orange Administrative Services offers blocks of time for continued and ongoing services.  Whether you need a few hours each day, a few days a week or a few days a month, we can work with you to customize our packages.

​We can of course also provide your with one-off estimates for projects that fall outside of the packages listed below.

Invoicing & Payment

  • Detailed invoices are sent monthly on the 1st of the month.

  • Payment is due upon receipt.

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer (tracy@orangeadminservices.ca), PayPal or by cheques mailed to:

Additional Terms & Fees

  • Fees in addition to hourly or package rates may be applied when necessary.  Some of these additional fees can include mileage, postage or courier costs, printing etc. Clients will be notified in advance of any additional fees prior to additional work being done.

  • Projects and requests require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. Orange Administrative Services will offer a due date for completion once we have the full scope of work provided.

  • All pricing inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.  If this is an urgent requirement, please call Orange Administrative Services at (819) 661-7037.

  • Some projects may be urgent and require to be completed quicker than the usual turnaround time.  I am happy to consider special requests.

  • ALL services offered are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to HST.

  • All contracts require a 10% deposit prior to services beginning.
